Our firm has been on the VAT Department Special Audit Panel since 3rd January, 2008 when the first panel was constituted by the Delhi Government. Our past proven performance track record itself speaks volumes of our dexterity. Our audit approach is to ensure the legitimate tax due to Government exchequer and to un-earthen the tax evasion. We have duly discharged our statutory duties to the best of knowledge and ability with due diligence and without fear and favour of any sort in straight forward lawful manner with utmost responsibility.
The qualitative points/issues raised by us in our audit reports have earned appreciation from the Hon’ble Commissioner and senior officers of DVAT Department. Our special audit reports bears testimony to our competence.
The firm has carried out the service tax audit of regional office of The New India Assurance Company Limited, Jeevan Bharti Building, Connaught Place, New Delhi and divisional office of United India Insurance Company Limited, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi for a total number of seven years as statutory auditor appointed by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG).
We had been engaged as indirect tax consultants to the Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (DSIIDC) and represented it before the department, facilitated their response to departmental audits, show cause notices, demand orders and proceedings initiated by the revenue authorities. In appreciation of our work, our engagement was renewed twice by the company.
We have been appointed by RBI as the statutory branch auditors of the nationalised Banks and conducted audit spanning over 20 years, 51 branches all over India.
We have been appointed by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi to scrutinize the records & books of account of the companies in liquidation with the Official Liquidator, Delhi.
The firm has specialized in Goods and Services Tax (GST) so that our clients are well-prepared for the GST rollout in terms of implementation, invoicing, migration, way-forward, training & compliances. We have been closely involved in monitoring the developments on GST. We help businesses in anticipating policy changes and assessing impact on their operations. We offer a host of specialised services around GST which includes analysing its impact on business of our clients, scenario analysis including alternative business models, legislative business level implementation assistance, reverse charge mechanism, transition management and undertaking key compliances. We undertake training sessions as well to an entire entity’s finance department to hone them for the latest developments in the law and compliances required. We undertake GST advisory and compliances for over two hundred entities.
