A visionary leader with over four decades of professional experience, CA. Bhupinder Shah founded the firm in 1988. An alumnus of the prestigious Shri Ram College of Commerce, he is a Fellow Member of ICAI and holds the Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) — making the firm adept at auditing in computerised environments. He has also completed the certification course on FEMA, bringing specialised expertise in foreign exchange management and cross-border regulatory compliance.
His extensive experience spans statutory audits, bank audits, PSU audits, direct and indirect taxation, special audits for government authorities and management consultancy.

Sudesh Soni is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an alumnus of the prestigious Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), with over 38 years of rich professional experience.
